How durable are the products?

Denef Home products are made from high-quality, stain-resistant linen fabric. They can be used for many years under correct washing conditions.

How should the products be washed?

A gentle wash program at 30°C is recommended. Do not use bleach. Can be ironed at a low temperature.

When will the cargo arrive?

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days across Turkey.

What is the shipping fee for orders under 500 TL?

For orders under 500 TL, a standard shipping fee applies. Shipping is free for all orders 500 TL and above.

Can I make a return?

Returns are accepted for unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For details, please see our Return Policy page.

Can I place a bulk order?

For wedding, engagement, or corporate orders, please contact us. Special pricing may be available.

Do products come with gift packaging?

If you specify in the order notes, special gift packaging can be prepared. Contact us for details.
