Shipping is free for all orders over 500 TL. For orders under 500 TL, a standard shipping fee applies.

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time throughout Turkey is 2–4 business days.

Your orders are sent with reliable shipping companies. Your cargo tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail after shipment.

📍 Delivery Address

Make sure you have entered your delivery address completely and correctly. Denef Home cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur due to incorrect addresses.

🎁 Special Occasions and Bulk Orders

For orders that require delivery on a specific date, such as weddings, engagements, or special invitations, we recommend specifying the date in the order notes. During busy periods, it is recommended to place your order in advance.
