**BUYER:** The information entered into the system during the order is valid.
By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that they will be obliged to pay the order amount and, if applicable, the shipping fee.
### 2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of products whose characteristics are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically via the denefhome.com website.
### 3. Product Information and Price
The basic characteristics, price (including VAT), and shipping information of the ordered products are included in the order summary and confirmation email. All listed prices are sales prices and are valid until updated.
### 4. Payment and Delivery
Payment is made by the method selected during the order. Products are shipped within **1-3 business days** after payment confirmation. The delivery period across Turkey is **2-4 business days.** The legal maximum delivery period is 30 days.
### 5. General Provisions
5.1. The BUYER must inspect the products before receiving them; damaged, dented, or improperly packaged products should not be accepted from the shipping company.
5.2. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the ordered product completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
5.3. In case of stock depletion or force majeure, the SELLER will immediately inform the BUYER and refund the order amount within 14 days.
5.4. The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during site registration.
5.5. In case of unauthorized use of a credit card in payment transactions, the BUYER agrees to return the product within 3 days.
### 6. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal without stating any reason within **14 days** from the date of product delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be given to the SELLER, and the product must be unused.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price will be refunded within **14 days** from the date the returned product reaches the SELLER.
### 7. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Used, washed, or products with removed labels
- Custom-made / personalized products
- Requests made 14 days after delivery
### 8. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this agreement, the **Consumer Arbitration Committee** or the **Consumer Court** in the BUYER's place of residence is authorized, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
### 9. Effectiveness
By placing an order on the site and completing the payment, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
