Return and Exchange Policy

At Denef Home, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can initiate a return or exchange under the following conditions.

✅ Return Conditions

  • You can request a return within 14 days from the product delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The product tag must not be removed.
  • The same conditions apply to products purchased as gifts.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products
  • Products with tags removed
  • Return requests made 14 days after delivery
  • Special order / personalized products

🔄 Exchange

If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or size, you can initiate the return process and place a new order. Direct exchanges may also be possible depending on stock availability.

💰 Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected by us, your payment will be refunded to your card or account within 3–5 business days.

📬 Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return request via the contact page or Instagram.
  2. After receiving return approval, ship the product in its original packaging.
  3. Share the shipping tracking number with us.
  4. Once the product passes inspection, the refund process will be initiated.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer during the return process (except in cases of faulty or damaged product delivery).
